Ener-G-Plus 12/10 Low-Starch

Ener-G-Plus Low-Starch Pellet is the “safe” and “cool” equine feed. The high fat and fiber content maintains the energy without the hyperactivity that a high starch diet will produce. Ener-G-Plus Low-Starch Pellet is the ideal choice for any horse—especially those with caloric requirements such as “hard-keepers” and metabolically challenged senior horses.

  • Enhanced with Tasco® kelp meal to better your horse’s mental attitude, immune function, and hoof quality. Kelp meal also reduces travel stress and overall nervousness and enhances muscling.
  • Corn-free for horses with certain sensitivities.
  • Improves digestion in the small intestine to over 90%, releasing essential amino acids that are then available for bone and muscle development.
  • Energy increases by up to 40%.
  • Fermentable fiber provides a safe, natural, and long-lasting form of energy.
  • Low starch and high fat lowers the risk of colic and other digestive disturbances.
  • Antioxidants—such as: Vitamin E, C, and Selenium—reinforce a healthy immune system as well as reduce the possibility of muscle damage.
  • Contains polysaccharide complex trace minerals to improve mineral utilization for excellent hoof health, strong immune function, robust reproductive performance, optimum skeletal development, superlative wound healing, and optimal enzyme activation.
  • Essential Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are used for immune system support and to ensure superior skin and hair coat.
  • Increased stress resistance.
  • Extrusion promotes digestion and inhibits fermentation, reducing restless and fidgety behavior.
  • Extrusion improves the shelf-life of the feed.
